The book Hartsvrienden is a selection out of 100 episodes Men and Animals. On behalf of HP/De Tijd I cooperated with the author Eke Hagedoorn. I encountered famous and less famous Dutchmen and -women who all had a great story about their pets. As I have a dog, Splinter, who always accompanies me (except to Geert Dales, because Geert doesn‘t like dogs), I do some prancing around myself. All the great stories are true.
